Dr. Karen S Keenan General Dentist
With her easy going style and friendly nature, general dentist Dr. Karen S Keenan puts her patients at ease. She is known to even sing to her patients at times! Matter of fact you'll always know when Dr Keenan is in the office - you can hear her singing on a regular basis from her operatory or the hallway.
Karen is from small-town Oklahoma. She graduated from Oklahoma State University (OSU), then received her dental degree from the University of Oklahoma (OU). Karen worked her way through school by singing in a 10 piece band along with the participation in a number of Miss America scholarship pageants. Miss OSU and Miss Oklahoma City were two of her titles.
Dr Keenan has been a general dentist in Nashville since the early 1990's. A physical fitness enthusiast, Karen is frequently see at the Green Hills YMCA and various charitable walks and runs. She has a passion for snow skiing, reading, travel, gardening, cooking and reading. She enjoys her girls night out book club every month and is active in women's dental organizations. Dr Keenan is married to Wayne Powell (Powell Creative, LLC) and they live in the Green Hills area. Oh, lets not forget the other love of her life, Tucker, her (mostly) Toy Fox Terrier rescue dog.
